No invoice can be issued before receipt of the payments, only pro-forma invoices can be exceptionally provided for special cases.
We kindly inform you that the cost of the pro-forma invoice is € 20 for administrative practices.

All participants are required to carefully check the inserted data for the invoice(s).
Any chance of the invoice details (such as address, VAT number etc.) is exclusively possible within 3 days from payment date and it is subject to a 20 EUR extra fee. In case of any doubt, please check with your company/institution administration first.

• Full refund for cancellations received before August 25th 2021 (midnight CEST);
• 50% refund for cancellations received between August 26th and September 20th 2021 (midnight CEST);
• No registration refunds will be granted after September 20th 2021.
Full refunds are guaranteed for all participants who in October will be unable to travel due to local and international restrictions related to Covid.

All refunds will be processed starting from one month after the Conference. € 20 will be withheld for administrative practices for all refunds and changes in the fees.
In order to finalize your booking, you will be asked to provide credit card details, which will be used only as a guarantee of the reservation. The Conference Secretariat will forward your request and provide an official confirmation by email once the availability is confirmed.
Please note your card won’t be charged during the booking procedure, as payment will take place directly at the hotel check-out. City taxes will be charged as well:
• € 1.50 per person per night for 3 star hotels;
• € 2.00 per person per night for 4 star hotels;
• € 2.50 per person per night for 5 star hotels.
