For posters

To be allowed and have your poster shown at the Congress, at least one author needs to register to ICEP 2021, bringing a hard copy of the poster.

All authors with an accepted Poster who don’t have the possibility to attend or to give the poster to a colleague for them to take the hard copy to the venue will be given the opportunity to make use of our poster printing service.

To pay for the poster printing service, please enter the registration form and select the option on the third page. After doing this and paying for your fee, send the file of the poster to the secretariat@icep2021.com and the Organizing Secretariat will take care of printing and display it.

Deadline to send the poster for the Printing Service: September 14^th 2021.
