Virtual participation to ICEP 2021

If you are unable to physically attend ICEP 2021, but you don’t want to miss all of its rich contents, we will make it possible to virtually join us, by following the opening session, all of the keynote lectures, and those symposia scheduled for the main lecture hall.

POSTER PRINTING SERVICE

For all authors with an accepted contribution that have considered withdrawing their submission because of concerns about travelling to Siracusa, we are glad to inform that we have been able to make arrangements for the display of your submitted work as a poster through a poster printing service.

After registering and paying the Fee with Poster Printing Service included, you would just need to send the poster’s file as an attachment to secretariat@icep2021.com and the Organizing Secretariat will take care of printing and displaying it during the Poster Sessions in Siracusa.

All late posters will still be listed in the ICEP 2021 Program Book.
