Due to the long distance between the Fontanarossa Airport and Siracusa, shuttles will be available on Tuesday, March 23rd to reach the city and on Saturday, March 27th to reach the airport from Siracusa. During the registration to the Conference, you will be able to book a seat on the shuttle. Please note that:
  • if you want to participate to the Pre-tour you will need to arrive on Monday, March 22nd;
  • if you are willing to participate to the Post-Tours, you will not need to book a seat on the shuttle to go to the airport Saturday, March 27th, since you will be driven to the airport directly after the ending of the tour.

Registration Procedure

All registrations/reservations to the ICEP 2021 Conference must be made through the online form.
In case of student fee selection, please provide a formal certification of inscription/attendance signed from your University.

Please note:
Your registration will be effective only after receiving the total amount due by bank transfer or by credit card.
IAAP Division members will benefit from a discounted fee (certification required)

The Conference Secretariat will then provide the invoice/s.

In the 'Invoice' section of the registration form, please also specify the fiscal address and VAT/tax code:
- In case of refunds from your Company/Institution, please select "Company"
- If you are paying indipendently, please insert your personal fiscal data.

No pro-forma invoice will be issued.
All participants are required to carefully check the inserted data for the invoice(s).
Any chance of the invoice details (such as address, VAT number etc.) is exclusively possible within 3 days from payment date and it is subject to a 20 EUR extra fee. In case of any doubt, please check with your company/institution administration first.

• Full refund for cancellations received before February 15th 2021 (midnight CET);
• 50% refund for cancellations received between February 16th and February 28th 2021 (midnight CET);
• No registration refunds will be granted after March 7th 2021.

In order to finalize your booking, you will be asked to provide credit card details, which will be used only as a guarantee of the reservation. The Conference Secretariat will forward your request and provide an official confirmation by email once the availability is confirmed.

Please note your card won’t be charged during the booking procedure, as payment will take place directly at the hotel check-out. City taxes will be charged as well:
• € 1.50 per person per night for 3 star hotels;
• € 2.00 per person per night for 4 star hotels;
• € 2.50 per person per night for 5 star hotels.
In accordance with Law 196/2003 and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 all data provided will be treated for running the course and will be added in our database to receive further invitations to similar congress.
