Register in very few steps to the ICEP 2021 Conference.

For authors only: please note that the registration to the submission platform is not a registration to the Conference. In order to attend the Conference and present the accepted abstract, all authors must register and pay the conference fee within' July 10th 2021

Due to the long distance between the Fontanarossa Airport of Catania and Siracusa, shuttles will be available on Tuesday, October 5th to reach the city and on Saturday, October 9th to reach the airport from Siracusa. During the registration to the Conference, you will be able to book a seat on the shuttle. Please note that:
  • if you want to participate to the Pre-tour you will need to arrive on Monday, October 4th;
  • if you are willing to participate to the Post-Tours, you will not need to book a seat on the shuttle to go to the airport Saturday, October 9th, since you will be driven to the airport directly after the ending of the tour.

Registration Procedure

All registrations/reservations to the ICEP 2021 Conference must be made through the online form.
In case of student fee selection, please provide a formal certification of inscription/attendance signed from your University.

Please note:
Your registration will be effective only after receiving the total amount due by bank transfer or by credit card.
IAAP Division members will benefit from a discounted fee (certification required).
Registration/reservation payments can be provided by:

In the 'Invoice' section of the registration form, please also specify the fiscal address and VAT/tax code:
- In case of refunds from your Company/Institution, please select "Company"
- If you are paying independently, please insert your personal fiscal data.

Please note
No invoice can be issued before receipt of the payments, only pro-forma invoices can be exceptionally provided for special cases.
We kindly inform you that the cost of the pro-forma invoice is € 20 for administrative practices.

All participants are required to carefully check the inserted data for the invoice(s).
Any chance of the invoice details (such as address, VAT number etc.) is exclusively possible within 3 days from payment date and it is subject to a 20 EUR extra fee. In case of any doubt, please check with your company/institution administration first.

Conference/Conference dinner fees/ Optional tours:
• Full refund for cancellations received before August 25th 2021 (midnight CEST);
• 50% refund for cancellations received between August 26th and September 20th 2021 (midnight CEST);
• No registration refunds will be granted after September 20th 2021.

Full refunds are guaranteed for all participants who in October will be unable to travel due to local and international restrictions related to Covid.

All refunds will be processed starting from one month after the Conference. € 20 will be withheld for administrative practices for all refunds and changes in the fees.
Save time and book an accommodation when registering to the ICEP 2021 Conference!

In order to finalize your booking, you will be asked to provide credit card details, which will be used only as a guarantee of the reservation. The Conference Secretariat will forward your request and provide an official confirmation by email once the availability is confirmed.

Please note your card won’t be charged during the booking procedure, as payment will take place directly at the hotel check-out. City taxes will be charged as well:
• € 1.50 per person per night for 3 star hotels;
• € 2.00 per person per night for 4 star hotels;
• € 2.50 per person per night for 5 star hotels.
In accordance with Law 196/2003 and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 all data provided will be treated for running the course and will be added in our database to receive further invitations to similar congress.

The data owner could access all the information available to us and could exercise the rights of cancellation and opposition to the treatment as expected from the Privacy Law by sending a request to the address: secretariat@icep2021.com
